(a) Setting of GPRS AXIS:

Menu>Tools >Settings> Connection> Access points > Options> New access point> Use default settings> then input the following data:
Connection name: AXIS
Data bearer: packet data
Access point name: AXIS
User name: AXIS
Prompt password: No
Password: AXIS
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://wap.axisworld.co.id

Then click on Options>Advanced settings> then input the following data:
Network type: IPv4
Phone IP address: Automatic
Name servers: Automatic
Proxy serv. address : 10.8.3.8
Proxy port number: 8080
then click on Back> Back. It's finished all steps to set AXIS access point and ready to activated.

ACTIVATED AXIS ACCESS POINT

MENU>Web>Options>Settings>Default access point> AXIS >Back>Exit>Exit.

It's finished activation process of AXIS access point and you can use to launch third mobile phone application that need connect to gprs network.


(b) Setting of MMS AXIS:

Menu>Tools >Settings> Connection> Access points > Options> New access point> Use default settings> then input the following data:
Connection name: AXISmms
Data bearer: packet data
Access point name: AXISmms
User name: AXIS
Prompt password: No
Password: AXIS
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://mmsc.AXIS

Then click on Options>Advanced settings> then input the following data:
Network type: IPv4
Phone IP address: Automatic
Name servers: Automatic
Proxy serv. address : 10.8.3.8
Proxy port number: 8080
then click on Back> Back. It's finished all steps to set AXISmms access point and ready to activated.

ACTIVATED AXISmms ACCESS POINT

MENU>Messaging>Options>Settings>Multimedia message> Access point in use> AXISmms >Back>Back>Exit.

It's finished activation process of AXISmms access point and you can use to send or receive MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service)
