Settings of GPRS & MMS TELKOMSEL (Simpati & Kartu As) on Nokia 6630,6670,6680,N70, N73 and anothers Nokia Series60

(a) Setting of GPRS TELKOMSEL (Simpati & Kartu As):

Menu>Tools >Settings> Connection> Access points > Options> New access point> Use default settings> then input the following data:
Connection name: TSEL GPRS
Data bearer: packet data
Access point name: telkomsel
User name: wap
Prompt password: No
Password: wap
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://wap.telkomsel.com

Then click on Options>Advanced settings> then input the following data:
Network type: IPv4
Phone IP address: Automatic
Name servers: Automatic
Proxy serv. address : 10.1.89.130
Proxy port number: 8000
then click on Back> Back. It's finished all steps to set TSEL GPRS access point and ready to activated.

ACTIVATED TSEL GPRS ACCESS POINT

MENU> Web> Options> Settings> Default access point> TSEL GPRS> Back> Exit> Exit.

It's finished activation process of TSEL GPRS access point and you can use to launch third mobile phone application that need connect to gprs network.


(b) Setting of INTERNET TELKOMSEL (Simpati & Kartu As):

Menu>Tools >Settings> Connection> Access points > Options> New access point> Use default settings> then input the following data:
Connection name: TSEL-INTERNET
Data bearer: packet data
Access point name: internet
User name: wap
Prompt password: No
Password: wap
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://wap.telkomsel.com

Then click on Options>Advanced settings> then input the following data:
Network type: IPv4
Phone IP address: Automatic
Name servers: Automatic
Proxy serv. address : 10.1.89.130
Proxy port number: 8000
then click on Back> Back. It's finished all steps to set TSEL-INTERNET access point and ready to activated.

Data bearer: packet data
Access point name: mms
User name: wap
Prompt password: No
Password: wap
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://mms.telkomsel.com

Then click on Options>Advanced settings> then input the following data:
Network type: IPv4
Phone IP address: Automatic
Name servers: Automatic
Proxy serv. address : 10.1.89.150
Proxy port number: 8000
then click on Back> Back. It's finished all steps to set TSEL MMS access point and ready to activated.

ACTIVATED TSEL MMS ACCESS POINT

MENU> Messaging> Options> Settings> Multimedia message>Access point in use> TSEL MMS> Back> Back> Exit.

It's finished activation process of TSEL MMS access point and you can use to send or receive MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
