Telkomflexi new features, namely: Combo Plus and Direct Combo

1. COMBOPlus

COMBOPlus is a service that allows a Flexi number can subscribe to the one COMBO number.

ComboPlus service is intended for Flexi customers who activity routine / frequent shuttle to 2 city's different.

To activate: Type SUB [space] [city / areacode] sent to 777

Example:

customers Jakarta 021XXXXXXXX who work in Jakarta  and live in Bogor, he can subscribe Combo number of Bogor  by sending SMS to 777 type SUB BOGOR or SUB 0251

The system will register the COMBO number of Bogor 0251XXXXXXX for the Jakarta number 021XXXXXXXX.

Next we will receive notification as the following, " Terima kasih telah berlangganan ComboPlus. Registrasi nomor 0251XXXXXXXXX akan diperpanjang otomatis setiap 30hari dengan tarif Rp. 2800 (Thank you for subscribing ComboPlus. 0251XXXXXXXXX Registration number will be automatically renewed every 30 days with the tariff of Rp. 2800)"

If we want to stop subscribe the procedure is to send SMS, type STOP 0251 sent to 777

Registration and Subscription Rates **):

Classy :: Rp.2.500, -/30 days (not including VAT)

Trendy: Rp.2.800, -/30 days (already including VAT)

2. Direct Call COMBO

How to access the service: Call * 777 * [area code No. COMBO I asked] #

By request, the system will respond with the activation numbers of COMBO appropriate area code for the requested for the number

Example:

Jakarta  customers with a number 021XXXXXXXX will go to Surabaya, when still in Jakarta he make a request the activation COMBO to do with call * 777 * 031 # from his handset. system activating a COMBO number of Surabaya 031XXXXXXXX  for the Jakarta number 021XXXXXXXX.

Voice prompt response: "Please wait a moment, the demand numbers COMBO you are our process.( Mohon tunggu sebentar, permintaan nomor COMBO Anda sedang kami proses.)" "Currently, you can make calls in the city using the COMBO number and to smooth communication using COMBO, hope to off-going and then to the on-going back your Flexi  handset (Saat ini Anda sudah dapat melakukan panggilan di kota ini menggunakan nomor COMBO dan untuk kelancaran komunikasi menggunakan COMBO, harap meng-off-kan dan kemudian meng-on-kan kembali handset Flexi Anda)"

Notification via SMS: the same with SMS notification  on success the activation COMBO via SMS containing the information (1) City / COMBO area code number, (2) the valid  of number and (3) features information of call forward.
